If you have arthritis, you can help others if you have a remedy that works to help ease the pain.

I don't know the pain of arthritis first hand, but my mother suffered for years from degenerative arthritis. She tried everything that medical science could offer to try and get relief from the pain in her hands. Now, there may be at least a glimmer of hope for relief and it comes in the form of a food that is readily available at any store -- broccoli.
