Sulphur Resident Surprises Burglars in His Home

Imagine arriving at your home to find the back door kicked in and burglars in your home. It happened yesterday afternoon in Sulphur.

Sulphur Police officers were dispatched to a Cormack Street home at approximately 1:44 yesterday afternoon. The burglars had fled after being confronted by the homeowner. Police (using a K-9 unit and a description from the homeowner) tracked down and arrested Danny Lee Wilfred and Domic Jamar Plumber. One of the suspects tried to discard a gun during the chase and it was found by police officers. The incident caused an hour lock down of R.W. Vincent School. Both suspects were  booked into the Sulphur City Jail and charged with  Aggravated burglary.
