Yes, Paul McCartney Tweets. Sir Paul was recently playing a gig in Memphis and went to Graceland to pay his respects to Elvis. McCartney "Tweeted this picture of his visit.

It's certainly no secret and, for that matter, no surprise, that Paul as well as the other members of the Beatles were huge Elvis fans. In fact, over the years Paul as a solo artist and The Beatles as a group have recorded several songs that Elvis made famous.

In the late summer of 1965, The Beatles got to meet their rock hero and Paul even gave Elvis a few bass licks to copy. Paul says of the meeting, "That was the great thing for me, that he was into the bass," It was a great conversation piece for me. I could actually talk about the bass, and we sat around and just enjoyed ourselves. He was great -- talkative and friendly, and a little bit shy."

Who knew that Elvis was into the bass guitar. Just think, he could have been lost in the shuffle of bass players in bands that aren't together anymore. You know, like that Paul McCartney guy.
