Saints Trade Bush!

This may not be a popular move...But that's Show Biz! Reggie knew something was in the air as far back as April.

Reggie Bush’s instinct that his days in New Orleans were numbered was correct. When the Saints drafted running back Mark Ingram in April, he tweeted:

This morning, the Saints’ trade of Bush to the Miami Dolphins was completed when the running back agreed to terms on a two-year deal. (Jay Glazer of Fox Sports first reported the deal; ESPN confirmed its completion.)

Bush, the No. 2 pick of the 2006 and the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner/forfeiter out of USC, had been set to make $11.8 million in the final season of his rookie deal. He has had an injury-plagued NFL career and isn’t an every-down back at this point. Now, the second-guessing can begin about whether Ahmad Bradshaw would have been a better option for the Dolphins.
