Richard Williams Of Kansas Interview This Thursday

Richard Williams, guitarist and original Kansas member, will give us a call and talk about the band and their show coming up this weekend at The Golden Nugget!

Williams is the band member that wears the iconic eye patch.  He lost his right eye in a childhood fireworks accident. He wore a prosthetic eye for many years, but now wears an eye patch instead.

In the early days of Kansas, Williams shared guitar duties with keyboardist/guitarist Kerry Livgren. In the late 1980s.  After various personnel changes in Kansas, Williams became the band's only dedicated guitarist until Zak Rizvi joined the band in 2016.

Join us this Thursday, on 92.9 The Lake at 8:30 am, as we talk with Kansas guitarist Richard Williams and reminisce about the band's past and discuss their future!  We'll cover them recording 2 albums in Louisiana, front-man changes, and much more!
