Paul Simon and Wife Arrested

Paul Simon and his wife, Edie Brickell were arrested at their home in New Canaan, on disorderly conduct charges.

The new Canaan police offered up no details on the incident, except to say that Simon, 72 and Brickell, 47, were arrested as part of a 'domestic disturbance.' Both singers have already been released for an arraignment today in Norwalk.

Simon and Brickell have been married since 1992.

Simon has had a long string of hits since 1966, Brickell is best known for her 1989 hit, 'What I Am.'
