'Movies Under The Stars' Schedule For April

It's that time again for a great family tradition here in SWLA! "Movies Under The Stars" begins Friday, April 6th in Lake Charles.

The Calcasieu Police Jury is pulling out all the stops with this amazing movie lineup! All movies will be shown on Friday nights in April at Lake Park, 3700 West Prien Lake Road.

Here's The Schedule:

Friday, April 6th -- Despicable Me 3
Friday, April 13th -- Coco
Friday, April 20th -- Cars 3
Friday, April 27th -- Wonder

All movies will start at sundown at Prien Lake Park, but get there early (around 7 pm) to get a good seat. Residents are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs. You can also bring your own food, but there will be food available on site for purchase.

Movies will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
