Moss Bluff Dollar Store Purse Thief Busted

So you decide that you are at the point where you have to steal a purse to survive. Would you steal a purse from someone at a jewelry store or at a dollar store? My guess would be the jewelry store but I am not a thief.

Well Demetrius Demond Chantlin decided to try the dollar store. No one ever said criminals suffer from superior intelligence. According to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Department he went behind the counter at a dollar store in Moss Bluff and stole an employee's purse. Demetrius was already in jail on un-related charges when he was re-arrested on theft charges. His bail was set at $2,500. My guess would be that there was not that much money in the purse.
