Meth labs seem to pop up in the oddest locations. I think we all have heard about the meth lab that was found in the restroom at a Walmart, but this guy has decided to take the show on the road.

It seems that cops in Iowa state got a call about a suspicious person wandering around and when they arrived on the scene, they found 46-year-old Genio Ruiz . . . he matched the description, so they stopped him. A brief search turned up some pot, so they prepared to place him under arrest for possession of marijuana. That's where things turned nasty for Ruiz.

During a routine pat-down, authorities found something odd in his pants. It was a 20-ounce soda bottle, but it didn't contain soda. In the bottle, cops found lithium battery strips which, I guess, is needed to make meth. Cops added that Ruiz also emitted a very strong chemical smell. He was charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance.

Another rocket scientist is off the streets.  You have to admit that he looks rather proud of himself in his mug shot.
