If you’re a contractor with at least $10 million to invest, LSU wants a word with you about growing medical marijuana.

Professor Gauthier of LSU has said there’s already a lot of interest from state borne contractors as well as some from outside of Louisiana who are eager to bid for the bud growing operation.

The professor also noted that the indoor facility will be off the LSU campus and no students will be involved man...  Although the indoor pharmaceutical farm will be off campus, by law it will be in East Baton Rouge Parish. The university expects to have a contractor hired by June with the first crop ready by the end of this year.

It isn’t a difficult process, actually this is one crop that grows like a weed.
