I've fought high blood pressure for over 15 years. Let's put it like this: by the time I'm finished taking all my BP meds in the morning, I'm too full to eat breakfast, so I was naturally excited when a friend of mine sent me this great article about how certain foods can help naturally lower a person's blood pressure.

According to the article in Bottom Line Publications, those of us with high BP can get some help just by eating a few stalks of celery each day.

A word of caution here. While celery may help lower your blood pressure, don't stop taking your meds without consulting your doctor.

There are some other great articles about natural cures and healthy choices at Bottom Line Publications like:

  • Spinach Improves Your Mood
  • Olive Oil for arthritis relief
