Eric Clapton has a couple of distinctions. One is that he was the very first artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three times. He is honored as a member of Cream and the Yardbirds as well as for his solo work. He is also one of the very few artist to have two hits with one song.

"Layla" first became a hit in 1972 when it was a breakout hit from the 1970 album "Derek and the Dominoes; Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs" . By the way, Layla was Clapton's name for Patti Boyd who, at the time, was married to his friend George Harrison.

Flash forward to 1992 when Clapton performs a much slowed down acoustic version of  "Layla" on MTV Unplugged. The revamped version of the classic made the charts and became a hit all over again.

We now leave it in your hands. Which version do you like best?
