Lake Charles Mardi Gras 12th Night [VIDEO]

Les bon temps roule!  Mardi Gras in Southwest Louisiana comes SUPER early this year, so as soon as you take your Christmas decorations down, put your Mardi Gras ones up. Get your beads and be ready to do the second-line!  The Lake Charles Mardi Gras 12th Night will take place January 6 at the Civic Center.  Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and this years Mardi Gras Krewe of Krewes, King and Queens will strut their stuff in the Twelfth Night Parade Extravaganza, beginning a 6:30 p.m.

Don't miss the excitement as more than 60 krewes kick-off the 2016 Mardi Gras season. The in attendance will get to enjoy delicious King Cakes and who ever finds a baby in their cake, will win lavish grand prizes, courtesy of local merchants and businesses.

Admission is $5 for pre-sale tickets and $6 at the door. Children 5 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at the following locations: Joseph's Electric, Gordon's Drug Store, Moss Bluff Flower Shop, Hamilton House in Sulphur and the Party Time Store on Lake Street in Lake Charles.
