Lake Charles Man Reported Missing

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office wants the public's help finding a Lake Charles man missing since last week.

The man in question is James Dalton Lyons II, 50. Lyons was last seen leaving his home on Portsmouth Lane in Lake Charles. Lyons is described as being He's 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighs 210-pounds and has a brown-gray beard.

Lyons was last seen about a week ago as he was leaving his residence in Lake Charles. Lyons, who takes regular medication is said to have taken his medication with him when he left. Police are regarding that as a clue that his leaving was planned in advance.

Lyons' drives a black Ford pick-up which is also missing. The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office said Lyons has medical issues and requires daily medication.
