Here is the Farmers Market list from the American Press. Lake Charles features two weekly Farmers Markets where you'll find local Louisiana products like jelly, jams, honey, baked good, plants and more. The Cash and Carry Farmers Market happens 4-6 p.m. Tuesdays at Broad and Enterprise. The Charlestown Farmers Market is from 8-noon Saturdays behind the Old Historic City Hall on Bilbo Street.

In Kinder you can shop the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana Farmer's Market from 7:30 till noon on Saturdays. The Oakdale Farmers Market is from 9 a.m. till noon at Canal and Talambus.In Oberlin the Farmers Market is from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. at 228 W. Sixth Ave. The Sulphur Farmers Market is from 8 a.m. till noon at the former Olde Tyme Variety Store (just off Carlyss Street.) The Welsh Farmers Market is from 4-6 p.m. Tuesdays at the Welsh Town Hall (201 S. Elm Street.)
