He's best known as the preacher behind the trouble plagued 'Just for Jesus' rallies, but now he's going to trial on a variety of charges.

James Bertrand, the preacher behind the 'Just for Jesus' rallies was in State Court this past Monday and his trial on various drug charges is slated for April of this year.

Bertrand, who is currently in rehab, also faces charges of introducing contraband into the jail.

The "just for Jesus' rallies, are known more for the trouble surrounding them than for being religious gatherings.

In addition to his rallies, it's reported that Bertrand owned a couple of used car lots in the Lake Area.

The trial is set to begin April 13.
