It Is Still Hurricane Season and We Have Weather To Watch

We are in the final full month of hurricane season; so don't eat your spam and drink all the water in your hurricane supplies just yet. We have an area of weather to watch northeast of the Leeward Islands.

An area of showers and thunderstorms northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands is expected to encounter favorable conditions for formation as it moves to the northeast or north-northeast over the next few days. NOAA gives the system a 30% chance of formation over the next twenty-four hours and a 40% chance over the next five days. We will monitor this system for you.
