Ten colors were studied with BLUE walls winning the most sleep battle. People with BLUE walls averaged seven hours and 52 minutes of sleep a night. here are the colors in order from best sleep to worse ... Blue, yellow, green, silver, orange, red, gold, gray, brown, and purple.

Before you ask I will tell you what color walls are found in the most ... uh ... romantic bedrooms. It's brown. I wonder how I can convince my wife to paint the bedroom brown. We would not get a lot of sleep but we would not care.
