It seems that all the news lately has been bad. The terrible shootings in Lafayette, the possible protesters that may interrupt the funerals of the victims. All the arrest and crimes that are being committed around the area and it's all getting to be just a bit much.

I had to find some good news or at least something uplifting to boost my spirits and I happened to come across this video and, well, frankly I got a lump in my throat when I watched it for the first time.

It's not a video about someone performing some heroic deed or anything like that. It's a simple video of a man who gets on a commuter train in Perth, Australia and encourages the passengers on board to join him in singing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."

The reaction of the crowd, the song, the attitude of the passengers will all make you feel good and right now I think we all need something to make us feel good.
