How the LSU Tigers are Celebrating Thanksgiving.
So there you sit enjoying a huge meal with your family. You may have watched a parade from the comfort of your recliner. You may watch a little NFL football. The LSU Tiger Football team has a little different schedule today.
According to the Advocate Coach Les Miles said “We will have a team meal and really kind of celebrate a team family-style of meal where we’ll eat, laugh and enjoy each other’s company and then we’ll practice.” That will not be the end of the Tiger's day though. After practice the team boards a plane for the flight to Fayetteville.
The No. 8 Tigers will take on the Razorbacks tomorrow afternoon (4-7 overall, 2-5 in the conference) to remain in contention for a BCS bowl berth. There will be some scoreboard watching by Tiger fans. The tigers still have a slim shot at playing in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 1.
