Southeastern's Brandon Acker scored on an 82 yard pass play with 8 seconds left to give the SLU Lions a 31-24 win over McNeese last night in Hammond. The Cowboys had punted with 47 seconds left giving the Lions the ball on their own 15 yard line. McNeese had a tough time moving the ball on Southeastern Louisiana gaining just 304 total yards. James Tabary saw his 200 yard passing streak come to an end as he went 25-41 for 196 yards 2 TDs and 1 interception. He threw touchdown passes to Nick Edwards and Dylan Long.
