For people who don't like vegetables, for folks who love a good Bloody Mary, this is indeed great news!

A British nutritionist says that a Bloody Mary counts as a vegetable.  Now, I ask you; is this not a fun way to get your veggies?

To help you and your health, here's an old fashioned Bloody Mary Recipe:

I know this isn't the hot spicy recipe a lot of people like, but I like to actually taste the vodka...I man tomato juice.

Fill a shaker with ice cubes, tomato juice and vodka. Shake the entire mess until your arm is about to fall off. Pour the contents into a glass and finish off with a celery stick (Hey! More veggies!) before you drink it, give it a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce and a dash or two of pepper and enjoy your new healthy lifestyle.
