I can't decide if they guy in this video is outlandish or crazy, but the bottom line is; he didn't get top open a bank account.

Around :34 seconds into the video, one brave bank customer even tries to tackle him.

Do I need to put the disclaimer on here that says, 'Don't try this yourself, you could get killed?'
