Two former employees of the VA Hospital in Jennings have come forward to blow the whistle on what they say is happening at the facility.  Those allegations include patient neglect, fraud, and other corruption dealing with home health care provided to veterans in Jennings.

One of the former employees told KPLC that their claims involve  patient neglect, falsification of veterans’ medical records, fraudulent billing, misuse of government vehicles, tampering with vehicle tracking systems and more.

An official from the VA stated that they are taking these allegations very seriously and that their office of accountability are looking into them.

The 2 employees that have come forward with this information have said they have already experienced retaliation and have filed to receive whistle blower protection.
