CMN Duck Race Set for April 22 at the Lazy River at L’Auberge

Adopting one little rubber duck could be your ticket to fabulous prizes. The Children’s Miracle
Network Duck Race will be held on April 22, 2012, where thousands of yellow rubber ducks will
be released into the Lazy River at L’Auberge Casino Resort, presenting sponsor. Duck adoptions
are $5 each and can be purchased at www.duckrace.com/lakecharles or by calling “Duck
Central” at (337) 491-7750. Proceeds will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network of Southwest Louisiana.

The first duck to cross the finish line will “waddle” away with the grand prize of a family fun
getaway for four, courtesy of our presenting sponsor L’Auberge Casino Resort, that includes a
one-night stay in a Poolside Garden Suite, a Private Poolside Cabana with Lunch and Dessert and Dinner at The Embers Grille and Wine Bar.

Once you’ve purchase your duck, join us at the Children’s Miracle Network 2012 Duck Race for
family festivities at noon on April 22, at the Lazy River at L’Auberge du Lac. There will be fun
family activities, like face painting, balloon art and games. The ducks will be released into the
water at 2 p.m.
