Can You I.D. This Package Thief?

In case you missed my rant, I am just amazed that some people don't know that there are cameras everywhere. Well, the guy in this video didn't get the memo, because he just almost posed for the picture.

The guy in the picture took a package from in front of a house on Hodges street. There have been a few break-in's and thefts in the Charpentier district and more and more folks in that area are having security systems and cameras installed to help protect their homes.

Take a look at the guy in the picture. It's not a great photo, but just out of frame in this shot is a bicycle that our suspect was riding. It's fairly unusual in that it's baby blue.  Maybe that could be a clue! If you can identify the man in picture, contact the LCPD.
