We have a great library system in Calcasieu Parish and aren't we lucky that the people behind the scenes are constantly bringing us great entertaining and educational programs on a regular basis.

It's not just teens on vacation who are apt to say, 'I don't have anything to do.' We all need to be entertained, educated and challenged on a regular basis and that's where the Calcasieu Parish Libraries come into play.

Here is the schedule of events for all the Calcasieu Parish Libraries. Take a look at the list and find something that interest you. maybe you'd like to buy books at the Friends of the Library book sale or learn more about your roots at the genealogy library. Well, all that and more is waiting for you right there at the library!
