I really don't know where to start with this one other that to give you a warning. This is not for you if you are squeamish. This person should sue the surgeon who did her butt implant.

Who get's butt implants anyway. It's not like she had a itty bitty butt to start with. Baby got back! It looks like a doctor inserted a drum into her cheek; but she knows how to make it right with a little manipulation. This is gross; but it is also funny and I know you are going to share it.
