You may be able to successfully avoid those donuts at your morning staff meeting, but good luck avoiding the rude remarks from your fellow employees!  Almost 30% of people say their coworkers try to sabotage their diets, encouraging them to eat unhealthily or chiding them for their healthy habits, according to The Wall Street Journal. Employees often feel pressured to indulge in baked goods their colleagues bring from home so as not to offend them.  If people at work are picking on you because of your diet, they’re probably just jealous of your healthy choices.  At least they won’t have to fight you for the last cream-filled donut.
