Andy Griffith Show — Lake Charles Episode

I don't know about you, but my family and I never missed an episode of The Andy Griffith Show. Chances are, if you were around then, or anytime since, you've seen the iconic show. The show was actually a spin-off of the Danny Thomas Show and the episode where they introduced the character of Andy Taylor is priceless.

I guess the Andy Griffith is always on TV somewhere at any given moment of the day. I know people who will watch an episode for the 100th time and enjoy just as much as they did the first time they saw it. I was watching the show the other day, and I had forgotten that there was an episode where Andy gets a visit from a relative that lives in Lake Charles.

Starting at about 2:50 into the video the talk turns to Lake Charles.  Not only do they mention Lake Charles, but they even make reference to Contraband Days. I'd love to know how they found out all the information about Lake Charles!
