Aerial View of Downtown Lake Charles at Night

I had no idea that downtown Lake Charles looked so great from the air at night. Well, somebody sure knew it because this is some great footage of Lake Charles taken from a drone over downtown.

It may take you a moment to figure out just what area is being featured from moment to moment. When the video starts out, the view is heading south on Ryan and there are some very classy shots of that area. At about a minute and a half in, the drone pick up Bor Du Lac drive and you won't believe how pretty that looks from the air.

The view of the lake, the civic center and downtown are so dramatic the whole video feels like it should be the opening to some kind of TV series. Something like "Lake Charles Vice", or something like that.
