With all the modern technology that’s available to us it’s easy to forget some of the older devices that were used just a few years ago but have now become obsolete...but that doesn't stop them from being used every day.

Believe it or not, there are ATM's out there still running Windows XP.  Even though Microsoft no longer supports that format.  About 2% of Americans (around 5 million people) still use dial-up modems for their internet access. Most of them actually have access to broadband, but don't realize it.

What about the Yellow Pages -- 70% of Americans never or rarely use them. Despite this, they still use 5 million trees each year to make these unused books and deliver them all over the country...whether you want them or not!
